This arrangement allows for an annualized working time of <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW82415578 BCX0\">218 days<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW82415578 BCX0\"> instead of weekly hours, providing flexibility and compliance with French labor laws.
