Recently, we faced a complex situation that perfectly illustrates the difficulties our clients can encounter with an administrative process. Ms. X, a former student of a university in France, saw her residence permit expire.<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

To renew this essential document, she needed to log in to the ANEF platform, the online portal for residence permit applications in France.<\/p>\n

However, accessing her ANEF account had become impossible. The initial applications had been made by the university, and all the information was linked to an email address that was no longer active. Even worse, the person responsible for these procedures at the university was no longer employed there, and Ms. X’s university email address had been deactivated after she graduated. She tried multiple solutions: contacting the university, using her other email addresses, resetting the password, but nothing worked.<\/p>\n

With her residence permit expiring on the same day, Ms. X contacted our team, worried about losing her right to stay in France and facing an irregular situation.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

After assessing the situation, we immediately took steps to protect Ms. X’s rights. We contacted the prefecture to request a Temporary Residence Permit (APS) or a certificate of extension, allowing Ms. X to maintain her right to stay in France during the necessary period to regularize her situation. At the same time, we explored the possibility of creating a new account on the ANEF platform to allow our client to continue her administrative procedures.<\/p>\n

This personalized and proactive approach reassured Ms. X and ensured that she could continue her stay in France without interruption. We were able to resolve the situation quickly, avoiding any risk of sanctions or future complications.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
