Personal Data Protection Policy

BLUE BRIDGE is a network of attorneys founded by Yuliana Colorado, lawyer at the Paris and Madrid Bars (hereinafter the “Lawyer”).

Blue Bridge is not a limited libility company.

Ms. Yuliana Colorado is registered at the Paris Bar under number 790 038 780 and domiciled at 21 boulevard Delessert 75116 Paris. Attorney number : 93067

Ms. Yuliana Colorado is also registered as a sole practitioner at the Madrid Bar, under NIF number B22489611 and is domiciled at C/ Zurbano 45, 1a planta, 28010 Madrid. Attorney Number : C95403

Blue Bridge operates as a network of independent attorneys in France and abroad, each maintaining their own professional autonomy.

Blue Bridge’s team collaborates with various external service providers or attorneys to enhance the range and quality of services offered. However, while we strive to work with reputable partners, Blue Bridge is not responsible for the actions or services provided by these independent attorneys or any external entities. Client’s engagement with any recommended or associated service providers is understood to be under their respective terms and liabilities.

The protection of personal data is a major concern for the Blue Bridge attorneys, particularly with respect to financial and operational records associated with each attorney, as well as information on potential new clients.

Blue Bridge is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of such data and to establishing a climate of trust in its relationships with clients.

Blue Bridge, in the course of operating this site, collects and processes personal information such as your first and last name, mailing address, billing address and e-mail address. 

This information is used to enable the lawyer in charge to manage the billing, collection and management of the clients’ files, as well as to follow up on the relationship with the clients and to carry out prospecting actions by electronic means (sending newsletters, legal watches…).

 

ARTICLE 13. MEDIATION – APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

If the main service’s destination is France:

In accordance with the articles L. 612-1 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the Client has the possibility, as a consumer, to have free recourse to the Consumer Mediator at the Conseil National des Barreaux (CNB), whose contact details are as follows:

The Client’s attention is also drawn to the fact that the contestation of fees is subject to a specific procedure provided for in articles 174 and following of the decree n°91-1197 of 27 November 1991 organising the legal profession, in the first instance before the President of the Bar Association of the Court of Appeal of Paris and in appeal before the Court of Appeal of Paris.

In the event of a dispute, the amount of the fees, costs and disbursements calculated as provided for in the Agreement and still owed to Blue Bridge must be deposited with the President of the Paris Court of Appeal Bar pending a final decision on the determination of fees, costs and disbursements.

Similarly, any dispute with Blue Bridge, if it cannot be settled amicably, must be brought before the President of the Paris Bar Association.

If the main’s service destination is Spain:

In the event of a dispute regarding the interpretation or application of these general terms of engagement, the Client agreesto resolve their differences through mediation with ICAM (Mediation Center of the ICAM).

If the Client and Blue Brige are unable to resolve their dispute through mediation, they agree that any dispute relating to this contract shall be resolved through arbitration by the Arbitration Court of the Madrid Bar Association, in accordance with its statutes and procedural regulations. The Client is informed that the mediator may only be engaged after an attempt has been made to resolve the dispute directly with Blue Bridge through a written complaint.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD) and the Organic Law No. 3/2018, of December 5, on data protection and guarantee of digital rights it is emphasized that the processing of the Customer’s personal data is confidential and strictly necessary for the performance of the services agreed between the parties.

For legitimate reasons, customers may object to the processing of their data and have the right to access, limit, rectify, delete or erase their personal data.
